SokoFEZ
For this very serious jam, I attempted to answer the very serious question: what if Fez were a Sokoban puzzle game (and were very serious)? And if there's anything I've learned from doing so, it's that good puzzle designers must be clinically insane.
There are also NO secrets. This game is too serious for those. Don't even try looking, as that would be a very unserious thing to do.
Controls (in case you miss 'em or forget 'em):
- Arrow keys to move
- Z, Q, or Backspace to undo (you can hold these down to repeatedly undo!)
- R to restart (you can undo a restart!)
- A/D to spin
- While holding shift, you can peek the camera up, down, left, right, or diagonally with WASD
- Enter toggles free-cam mode, WASD controls free-cam similarly to peeking (but freer)
- Space to toggle perspective projection while in free-cam
- Hold P to skip to the next level
This game uses a slightly edited version of the Obra Dinn-inspired Godot Dither Shader by Sam Bigos. You can check it out here:

AI use disclosure: AI assistance was used only to help me edit the above mentioned shader code to change the size of the pixels in the dithering such that the effect could align with the in-world cubes (shader math still eludes me despite my many attempts to learn). All other code was written entirely by me, art assets were made by me using Paint.NET, and the music and sounds were made by me using FL Studio.
Thank you for playing my serious game in a serious manner.

This so fun and smart!
Thank you so much!!
Great idea and smart puzzles! I’d love to see more of this. There are a few issues that could be ironed out if you ever decide on a full release, but overall, this is a great jam game
Thanks so much for playing!
